Returns and or exchanges are only eligible if there is a manufacturer defect upon delivery.

Manufacturer Defects Only

Eligible defect conditions include structural hardware failure, seam separation, or material breakage prior to use. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, improper installation, or altered products are strictly ineligible for refund or replacement.

Due to strict hygiene standards and quality control protocols, all product sales are final. Returns or exchange requests are exclusively honored when an item exhibits a clear, verifiable manufacturer defect present upon receipt.
