Welcome to My.HairStash ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and online store (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Site immediately.

1. General Provisions & Business Operations

My.HairStash is an e-commerce retail business operating under the laws of the State of Arizona. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Payment Terms

Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by My.HairStash. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspecting fraudulent activity, unauthorized reselling, or stock errors.

Pricing & Typographical Errors

Prices for products are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, My.HairStash reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and charged. If your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Payments

Payment must be made at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods (e.g., major credit cards, debit cards, or approved third-party processors). You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment instrument submitted.

3. Arizona Sales Tax (Transaction Privilege Tax)

In compliance with Arizona state and local tax regulations, My.HairStash collects Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) on all orders delivered to addresses within the State of Arizona. Applicable state, county, and city sales taxes will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on the shipping address provided.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Order Processing

Orders are processed within standard business days. Transit times provided at checkout are estimates supplied by third-party shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Transfer of Risk

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Stolen Packages

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. My.HairStash is not liable for packages delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to customer address errors, nor are we responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
